License & Permits provides the ability to enter, maintain and report all records assigned to all vehicles. It offers a great deal of flexibility-- in order to accommodate the variance in reporting requirements of each state.

System Features:

• User defined permit codes

• Enter, maintain and print permit codes required within each state

• Enter, maintain & print permit information by unit

• L&P inquiry and print by expiration date

• Calculates L&P costs per state (total split between fleet and unit costs)

• Comparison screen: state requirements vs. unit licenses and permits (to assure legalization)

• Ability to transfer L&Ps between units

• Expired L&P archive file (store past history records for as long as required)
