The Dispatch system allows for quick access to driver, tractor and trailer information. Loads may be assigned , and orders traced, using a number of search capabilities. Once loads are delivered, the system automatically updates to the Truckload Freight Billing module.

System Features:

• Driver information screen-- inquire/update status of a driver/tractor/trailer as pertains to: current load pro #, current stop #, future loads scheduled, delivery status, messages to/from driver, pallet information, warning on screen if driver's license/medical card/vehicle inspection is expired, date and time stamp of last update to information

• Order tracing by date range, bill of lading number, 'bill to' code, point code range, shipper/consignee, appointment number, driver, tractor, trailer, or any combination

• Proximity search for availability lists drivers/tractors/trailers

• Load assignment entry and update shows assigned and unassigned loads with ability to assign/reverse loads

• Ability to change sequence of stops on delivery

• Ability to define a master load-- assign one pro number to a group of pro numbers or shipments

• History inquiry and report by driver/tractor/trailer

• Order information by pick-up or delivery (or unassigned)

• Missed Pick-up Report

• Delivered loads register (updates to TL Freight Billing)

• Accident information entry and reporting

• Ability to assign pallets (produces Inventory Control Report)

• Allows for entry of tripleasers
