The Cost Analysis system accumulates and compiles shipment histories for detailed analysis of operating costs. It offers a wide array of analysis options which may be calculated and printed on demand.

System Features:

• Cost and revenue information generated automatically from Fuel & Mileage, General Ledger accounts and Freight Settlements

• Cost analysis by tractor, trailer, driver and trip (with individual costs calculated as a percentage of total company cost)

• Costs calculated per empty mile, loaded mile, total miles, shipment or hundred weight

• Ability to analyze unit costs based on total of selected general ledger expense accounts

• Secondary sort features for more detailed analysis (based on percentage of fuel cost, payable cost, revenue, weight, shipments, empty miles or loaded miles)
