The status of a freight bill (top left) can be referred to as:

• Incomplete
• Open
• Exception
• Processed
• Void

The Order Number in Dispatch becomes the PRO # in Freight Billing. This means you don't have to enter the information twice. Simply verify it is correct and rate it if it hasn't been done already.

Other charges may be added if necessary.

An incomplete PRO Report can be printed at any time to identify shipments from Dispatch that have not been verified.

You will then have the option to:

• Print or reprint freight bills by range
• Print incomplete freight bills (those from Dispatch)
• or print exception freight bills (those selected to not update until further confirmation, i.e. verifying the rate)

This is the first freight bill inquiry screen.
