You may inquire or print Cost Analysis information at any time you desire, however, always UPDATE COMPANY RECORDS (21.10.2) first. Data is automatically accumulated by month, year and life to date for Tractors, Trailers, Drivers and Trips.

You will have to coordinate procedures between the Freight Settlement and the Fuel and Mileage systems - complete Freight Settlements first, second, complete miles entries in the Fuel & Mileage system and third, complete fuel entries in the Fuel & Mileage system.
