Next to the heading P/D, you can specify multiple pickups with one consignee or multiple deliveries with one shipper. TL TYPE is used to indicate trailer type (i.e. V= VAN, F=FLATBED, R=REFRIGERATED). PPD/COL is used to indicate prepaid (1) or collect (2). ADV refers to an advance # and amount. SPL allows special instructions to display (i.e.dispatch or billing notes). These instructions will display in various windows throughout the order process.
